Brook Hall is located in the small village of Winslow, just outside Milton Keynes. It's run by husband and wife team Stephen and Joanna Bulmer. Stephen's culinary expertise has been crafted in his many years spent at Raymond Blancs Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons, where he headed up the Cookery School before setting up his own within this 18th Century listed town house, endowed with great architectural style. Stephen was keen to work with Neff as he felt that he wanted domestic applainces for teaching domestic cooks within his school. Located within a striking complex of beautifully restored nineteenth-century mills in the historic town of Halifax in West Yorkshire, The Cooking School at Dean Clough offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of culinary courses in the country taught by leading experts in their field, including guest celebrities such as James Martin, Gary Rhodes and Gino D'Acampo.
The Cooking School at Dean Clough is the brainchild of Anita Cormac who recently received an OBE in recognition of her work through the renowned "Focus on Food" Campaign to teach people, particularly young people, to cook and enjoy healthy food.
